After 2 weeks since I last blogged and since my 21st birthday, I'm finally back! (: Since then, I've
1. continued doing my internship, and just last week, started my engagement at a client's place for 2 weeks- oh so freaking far and not nice to go to, I'm terribly sorry for those who know where I've been posted to, and those who study there (yeah it's a school) that I don't like it there at all zomg I have no idea how you all can stand the ulu-ness of it!)
2. participated in an EXTREMELY disappointing flea market- seriously gonna boycott this organiser's fleas from now.
3. attended Mel Law's 21st party, which was held at her aunt's art gallery at Raffles Hotel, and was quite nice actually!
4. bid a temporary farewell to my mum and sis, who are holidaying on the other side of the world
5. went flea market shopping and Saturday evening mass with Jocelyn
6. started work at SBA again, went to Food For Thought, and Assisi Home and Hospice carnival with the boyfriend
7. bought a Love, Bonito spag top off someone from the LB forum! And absolutely loving it <3
In response to the above:
1. I can't wait for my engagement at the client's place to end, and head back to office. Hopefully the next engagement will be at somewhere nearer to civilisation!
2. need to really be disciplined to start making more jewellery! And that includes painting a new set of bangles!
3. gotta stop procrastinating and decide on a theme for my 21st!
4. hopefully talk to my mum and sis again soon! Today mum called, but it didn't seem enough ):
5. go more shopping cos it's GSS! :P
6. spend time with the boyfriend, and start meeting up with other friends!!
Ah, and last thing. I'm totally in love with this, there's someone selling it on the LB forum GAHHHHH.

Happy birthday to me! (:
Unlike previous years, I'm actually posting on the actual day of my birthday! Cos I'm not actually out enjoying myself like I usually do on my birthday, but rather, spent time at home with family and the boyfriend. Of course that's apart from work today, which was, although kinda mundane, but still filled with much laughter (:
Will talk a little more about how I celebrated (and still am!) my birthday the past few days. But ho-ho the party isn't over yet, not till my birthday party in July. Haha. 3 days of birthday celebration, like the boyfriend says. Like 12 days of Christmas. :D It's no wonder that these 2 days are my favourite in the entire year! (:
Perhaps I should add a few more days. For one, I'll add each of my family's birthdays to my list of favourite days. I'd never imagine not celebrating their birthdays. Cos they mean a lot to me. (: And so here's a shout out to them, saying THANK YOU for everything, good and bad, and especially for all they've done to make my 21st the way it is.
And I'll add the date of that special day that makes me someone's girlfriend. And his birthday too. Without him, life would be a lot different than it is today. And I wouldn't be able to evolve into the person I am today (I am still growing in many aspects of life). So thank you my sweetheart, for all you've given me. <3
I thank all you folks who've been a part of my journey. You've made my life so colourful, I couldn't ask for more.
Lastly, I thank God, who gave me the gift of life and everyone who's been a part of it. Nuff' said. (:
I think that makes every day a special day. HAHA.

Had an awesome day with the boyfriend yesterday. It was great fun doing the MegaZip and Luge at Sentosa.
MegaZip was exhilarating! For those who haven't heard of it, basically you ride the zip line from a tall tower on top of a hill, all the way down to an island just off the beach! Almost like flying fox, except there's not bar to hold on to; you just sit in your harness that's strapped to whatever mechanism thingo and zip down! The wait and preparation for the MegaZip was longer than the ride itself, but that's precisely what got the heart pounding and blood pumping! And the initial stage down the zip line was awesome! The boyfriend said it's due to the sudden acceleration that we felt almost immediately upon starting the zip ride, which also explains why I screamed in exhilaration. WHEE. The ride down was super cool, from tree tops to beaches...the view was great (:
The Luge was good too, if only it wasn't as crowded as it was, being the school holidays and weekend. Apart from the long waits and the fact that we forfeited our last luge ride due to the massive crowd, the ride itself was quite good cos the boyfriend and I went down super fast (some people really went super slow, which defeats the whole purpose of riding the luge cos you're meant to go fast!).
As for dinner, the boyfriend brought me to Dozo, a fusion restaurant at River Valley that had a similar concept to Tao's at PoMo. In a nutshell, food was great and scrumptious, they provided good service, and they served a complimentary cupcake since we were there celebrating my birthday early. (:
And then we have today, another mini-celebration since Godma came over with ice-cream cake and my gifts! But I'll leave that for another post, since I'm sleepy now and I've gotta work tomorrow!

Google chrome sucks when it comes to using blogger. How ironic is that- that blogger is under the google family.
Anyway, life's been rather tiring. Life as an intern since I last posted has been ok- the amount of work assigned to us fluctuates. Maybe because everyone's busy, and delegating work to us also requires supervision...in any case, my colleagues (fellow interns) are great to hang out around; there's always lots of laughter and sarcastic jokes, but it's all in good fun. Plus, it kinda beats studying, so I'm not really complaining.
Last weekend has been quite good too- went to a flea market in town with Joce, and it was quite a great experience being a shopper and not a stallholder again. It was Joce's maiden trip to such an event, and having experience as a stallholder, I kinda knew that bargaining for our purchases was almost a must. We managed to snag some great deals as a result, and you had 2 satisfied girls at the end of the day (:
Sunday was work (as usual), and spent the afternoon with the boyfriend in town hunting for my birthday gift! Nothing really caught my eye, apart from a maxi dress that mum and sis said was ugly *insert sad face* despite it being the start of GSS. But now that new collections have been launched online, I'll probably request something from there. (:
For now, the weekend is coming; I can't wait for Saturday! The boyfriend is gonna bring me out to celebrate (cos I'm working on my birthday so we gotta make do with the weekend), and I'm really looking forward to it (:
